Geoffrey A. Levy, Esq. was born and raised in Broward County, Florida. He attended Florida International University College of Law in Miami, FL, where he founded and edited the student newspaper Ipsissima Verba, 2007-2009.
While in law school, Geoff clerked for the Honorable Beatrice Butchko of the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida, Miami. He was also a Certified Legal Intern for the Office of the State Attorney, 15th Circuit, West Palm Beach where he successfully tried several jury trials to verdict.
Prior to helping people protect their assets and plan their estate, Geoff handled complex litigation in the field of creditor rights. He worked for Robertson, Anschutz & Schneid, a leading creditor rights firm, and handled litigation throughout the State of Florida.
Geoff obtained positive rulings at the summary judgment and trial stages, in person, in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Monroe, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Collier, Lee, Duval, St. Lucie, Martin, Volusia, Polk, Leon, Osceola, Seminole, and Sumter counties. Geoff also worked for Cole, Scott & Kissane, one of the largest Florida law firms, handling insurance defense.
Geoff attended high school at Western High in Davie, FL. He then attended Florida State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and history. While at Florida State, Geoff conducted research at The Institute on World War II and the Human Experience, which included summarizing and cataloging personal accounts of the war.
